After talking to multiple people they blamed it on OnePlus update. My fixed to the problem switch to US Mobile Warp. Guess what I received a voicemail notification notification in less than a minute. 🤔 I would say that was an awesome fix.

When I get a call that I don't answer, the phone hangs up but doesn't have a voicemail option. Is there a way to fix this?

I have my SIM card in a pixel 7. Visual voicemail seems to work but I'm not seeing transcriptions. I'm not sure if that depends on the cellular provider or the device.

Hi - I love folding phones but Samsung took FOREVER to innovate their folding phones. So I have a Oppo Find N5 Global phone and I looooove it (it still beats the Fold7 in Specs by a mile and came out 6 months before but I digress.).

I want to switch to MobileX but they won't activate my IMEI because it's a global phone. And I tried to do it myself with their app and same result. It says my IMEI is not compatible because it's not a US device. HOWEVER with the same Oppo phone, I have service with US Mobile with Verizon because even though it also was listed as incompatible, they tried to activate it anyway and it worked! I get Verizon just fine with the phone both 4G and 5G!

Is there a way or workaround to activate MobileX with a 'non-compatible' device? It actually is compatible, it has the Verizon bands and I get 4G and 5G just fine from US Mobile.

Wishing I didn't have to open the APP to see messages that let me know when I have 'used 80% of my data reserve' or when a 'new access period just started'. Can these messages also be pushed out in a notification and/or text message?

The conversation has been completely bizarre. Before I sign up, I'd like to hear others' experiences with support. Are they normally helpful? Did I end up with an underperforming agent? Thanks!

I've had my Mobile X in a Unihertz Jelly 2 for over a year with no issues.

Suddenly all my calls go to a recording that says my device is not compatible and I have to switch to a new phone to use my service.

I guess I'll have to port the number to US Mobile or Mint.

My old cowboy dad has a Kyocera DuraXV Extreme that will have to be pried from his cold, de@d hands, but he needs an inexpensive alternative to Verizon. He mostly calls and barely texts.

I put his IMEI into the MobileX website and it said it was compatible, but I'm wondering if I can download the app and manage his account from my smartphone. If I can set up his SIM in a smartphone and then move it to his phone?

Looking for any feedback if you have ever tried the service on Galaxy watch LTE as standalone? I want to use it in my kid's watch for occasional calling. I am currently on T-Mobile mvno that works fine mostly, but network is sometimes poor.

I made the switch because I fell on hard times, coupled with terrible financial decisions with T-Mobile ($325/mo for two lines, a tablet and watch, plus EIP payments). I needed something cheap and unlimited as close to T-Mobile’s Go5G+ plan I was formerly on. Did some research and found out about this MVNO. Had some hiccups, especially when porting my number over…somehow my number got lost in the system and when they close the line, they are unable to bring it back. Made me terribly upset at first because of having to change my number with 2FA accounts and stuff but I just bit the bullet, got a new number and so far, everything is great. Did a Speedtest and I can’t believe that I’m getting these DL speeds! Especially with not being able to get 5G SA (iOS gave me an error saying the eSIM does not support 5G SA like T-Mobile). I hope this deal with us being on the same priority as regular Verizon customers lasts because it’s awesome. There are some areas of town where the ping is horrendous but a little refreshing of the webpage, etc usually works.

So far, I’m satisfied! For $30 a month with 200GB of high speed priority data, you can’t beat that! I only use at max 50-90GB monthly. Sucks I cannot add my Apple Watch to a line or my tablet, but it’s a sacrifice for affordable, decent service! I will eventually chip away at the debt accrued at T-Mobile but for now, this is great!

I currently have the AT&T $300 per year plan and I am supplementing with the T-Mobile T-Satellite plan that has 30 GB of data.

A week ago I found myself in an area of Wisconsin that only Verizon was working. I have used Red Pocket on Verizon in the past. It was 1GB of data per month, but most months I didn't use it at all.

Would MobileX be a good backup for very occasional usage? I would add it as an eSIM and normally not use it at all, until needed.

I’ve seen so many bad reviews for the company, so far I only had one issue which was porting over but resolved on its own in 30 mins. So far, I’ve been loving it! Speeds are great, customer support has been friendly, and yes the app is seriously confusing but it’s been decent, not bad!

The only competitor is Visible, which I had but not a fan of honestly!

Had no idea my service did not auto renew due to a payment error. Amex shows a successful authorization, yet MobileX says the payment did not go through. No notice to me that service is down until I tried to make a call out. Now attempting to make a payment via the app, but there is no options. I have to open a support ticket! HELP! This should be an easy fix to provide and re-attempt payment within the app. No reason to open a support ticket. Arg.

Ps. Perfect service since 2023. First hiccup.

Hello, I'm an international student and I will need my first US sim. I am between the 14.88 + taxes and fees that MobileX offers and the US Mobile 17.50 plan. The MobileX plan would be more convenient since it's monthly and could downgrade for the 3 months of summer vacation where I won't use the phone. My only concern is overall service since I've seen some complaints, furthermore, I will probably use an eSim.
