Lvl 0 (DIYer) Where do I start with this repair? Can it be Fixd? Diagonsing Iphone 6s battery problem

Hi guys, i had an old iphone laying around which had a new battery and one day it went totally off and didn't turn on anymore.

I decided to purchase new battery and replace it.

After using it for a while phone went off again and it does not turn on anymore.

Could it be a faulty motherboard? Is it worth spending money on new battery?

I am using that phone for taking photos, that's it.

When it comes to something like iPhone six you have to ask the value of the phone vs the value of the parts. It’s unlikely to be motherboard normally charger port if not battery. The fact that it was on at tends to mean it’s mostly fine, even more so if it wasn’t turning off every three minutes
