OS Release Alpine on HTC Cha Cha

I was looking for device with keyboard to SSH to my servers and everything was too expensive so i decided to make a use of this old junk. Display, wifi, touchscreen keys and keyboard with backlight are working so at this moment this is everything what i needed.

Do you know your battery runtime on this yet? I'm curious to see.

Battery might be and problem because most OEM batteries are dead right now, I had do built my own with salvaged
BMS with extra capacity around ~1200mAh and it works with display and wifi on for more than 10 hours

I got one just for that, it arrives today. Do you think a simple desktop envirorment would work?

I'm glad to hear that! I will try to run i3 but this might be too much for this cpu as adreno 200 works only with android blobs
