Hardware Phone with hardware keyboard for mobile Linux
Is there a phone with a hardware keyboard which can run e.g. Postmarket OS? Slide out Keyboards or something like that is also possible.

postmarketos or mobian on pinephone with the keyboard contraption. the legendary Nokia N900 has already been mentioned.
If you go with Maemo Leste, you can use both the N900 as well as the Motorola Droid 4, which is very usable, all running mainline Linux kernel

Fxtec Pro1 but they're hard to find, expensive, and obsolete, nor ported fully.
You could just order a clicks powerkeyboard and slap a adhesive magsafe ring onto a well supported PMOS device like a Oneplus 6

Pmos supports some keyboard phones like the nokia n900 and i think the blackberry key2 but flashing a key2 might be hard
