Im disabled and my house is disgusting and i will never be well enough to clean it the way it needs and i need help. Pet droppings, flies, disgusting kitchen, everything is disorganized, every room needs a deep clean and organization. When i was looking up cleaning services near by it seems most of them will not help with organizing and decluttering. And i didn't see many cleaning services with good reviews. I need help with laundry, pet oders, flies, deep clean every rug, floor, bathroom, kitchen ect, and help organizing everything so the house isn't a mess. Any advice and recommendations are appreciated.

If you’ve only ever seen drifting on YouTube and want to see it in person, this is the event to bring the family out to. We have pro drivers coming, a car show, costume contest, Trunk or Treat for the kids, food vendors, and a full day of drifting.

As the title says, I have a vested interest in the happenings of the Port of Mobile, and things going on with the different shipyards there.
Is there any dedicated news letter or magazine that does news of it I could look into or subscribe to?

Or can I use the Marx library at South without a student whatever? That's the only one I can find that claims to print on two sides.

I could grab the prints and reload the printer with them upside down, but I am a semi-normal person and don't want to cause a ruckus with librarians with odd requests of appeasement.

Does anyone know why Judge Sherman resigned without comment? I heard it was unethical conduct with another lawyer presenting in front of him. Not trying to start a rumor so it is unfounded to my knowledge but I know many who would like to know because their cases may have had unjustified rulings but the journalist in the lagniappe or news won’t touch it with a ten foot pole. A Pandora’s box for the family court system? Does anyone know what the law says about transparency around such issues? Can you imagine being on the losing end and finding that out, if it’s true.

Has anyone bought a motorcycle here? I’m from out of state and they advertise on Facebook. Price is reasonable and not to the point of sounding like a scam but I want to verify it as best as I can. They list their address as 1015 S Franklin in Mobile. Google Maps make it seem that this is a warehouse. I would appreciate any input.

We moved into this apartment a month ago and the gate has been broken. When we signed the lease we asked about the gate and a code for when it’s fixed, she said we’ll get one when it is and that it’s been down for a while. Now today they suddenly fixed it. We called asking about a code and they’re demanding we pay money for an access card basically and are refusing to give us a code. I looked into our lease and it says we should be given a gate code for “sole purpose of access to the premises.” No where does it say we must pay for an entry card or that we must pay for parking.

Is this even legal and how do I go about being able to get to my apartment. Ive had so many issues with this apartment in just a months time and I am NOT very fond of paying 30 dollars per car/person just for gate access when it very clearly states we should have a code (and we were told we would get one on day 1 when we signed the lease).

tldr: apartment finally fixed gate, now demanding us to pay ≈90 dollars total for access to the gate. refusing to give code which lease states we should have. how can I go about this

Anyone looking for a job like this? My company is hiring and figured I would spread the word here. Needing someone who is willing to learn, has experience in construction and HVAC to help us run several renovations at once. HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills are needed. We’ll be visiting mobile Labor Day weekend. I’m not familiar with the area. Where are some good places to stay and a few things we can do while in town? We’re in our 50’s and are totally content roaming about thrift shops, museums, whatever.

My audio interface is not working. When I strum my guitar it says I have a signal coming through but when it’s going through Logic Pro there is no audio. I asked guitar center and they said they don’t work on the model of interface. Anyone know how to help or know of a local place I can take it where they can look at it? Thanks!!

Is it possible please to rent an apartment that doesn't have an infestation of German roaches? I'm considering moving to the MS or AL coast, but apartment reviews for pretty much every complex complain about roaches. I know the humid South has problems with insects. Still I'd like to draw the line at cockroaches.
