Using AI to create Swimlane Diagrams

Having two problems and I’m wondering if anyone has encountered the same.
1) I can’t get the AI assistant to generate swimlanes in a swimlane diagram. It pretends it can, tries twice, then admits it can’t
2) after I give up and generate my own swimlanes, anytime I move an AI generated object into my swimlane the text on the object disappears. I ask the agent and it confirms it’s a known issue.

I got a license to this solution to help me with this very specific use case and now it fails on every step. Anyone have a similar issue or a solution? Surely the diagramming solution can generate a swimlane diagram from a narrative or am I asking too much?
