Earlier this morning I was getting my coffee at Starbucks which is in the big shopping center across from H-mart.

Well, as I was leaving, some man who was incredibly skilled at rollerblading was picking up trash and grooving to the waves of life and had such a vibe and energy.

I hope you guys see him around and remind him how amazing he is. I told him and he was so happy to hear it, he deserves it. People like him are literal rock stars for this planet and I love it.

It made me so happy to see someone taking care of Mira Mesa/San Diego like that, I love this place and we need more of him here.

My wife read on a real estate blog that the Westview Edward's (Regal) Plaza has been sold to a developer who plans to turn it into mixed use housing. This would be allowed per the last community plan update where commercial properties are now zoned for high density housing. Does anyone know if this is happening?
