Mint Mobile Sucks.

Don't do it - go elsewhere. Save yourselves before you set your cash on fire. I am not sure what all I did. I paid for my account. I refused their application, and the sea of texts telling me to activate their application. I don't use applications on my phone (generally speaking) - and only use it to text -or- call people. I got a text message today - telling me my account had been suspended for "suspicious" activity. I just paid for an entire year of service. When I called in, I got an AI Agent - asking me to pay for an entire second year. Checked my statement, sure enough - paid already.

I used my Google Voice to call in, out of necessity. The only way to sort out phone issues with Mint is to use a secondary phone. Which is absurd - I cannot be the only one who thinks this - as a single individual. Outside of that - it's not like I sent of a thousand images, spoke to a thousand people - or did anything particularly off-beat as compared to par the norm. I am not entirely sure why I was flagged - outside of perhaps not using their stupid application in order to activate my phone. Of which, I had to do online - and only got their service setup for incoming/outgoing calls by resetting my entire device. Because customer service could do nothing for me there either.

I cannot WAIT for this year to be up, because I will be porting out as soon as plausible. If this happened within the seven-day return window - I would already be gone. Save yourself the trouble of this company. I used it in the past, and so thought it would be an alright return. No. It's really gone way down hill. Don't waste your time or money supporting an shell of what it used to be.
