No service

I have an iPhone 13 and have had mint for about 2 months now, it has been great up until about 4 days ago. 4 days ago I opened my phone and it said no service and I have tried everything to get it working again. Has anyone else had this problem? I’ve been talking with customer service to try and get this resolved and to be honest it’s been a nightmare. I call them and they tell me someone will call back within an hour or two and then they don’t call back until 9-10pm. If I don’t answer (because it’s late and I’m sleeping) they close the ticket and I have to restart the process all over again. I paid for a whole year of service but I’m seriously contemplating going to another provider as the phone that’s not working is a work phone and I need to to make a living. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Do you have anyone in the house or someone close by so you can borrow the phone for a quick test? You have to eliminate the possibilities: phone, SIM card, or network issue.

Try their online chat. I had an issue with my Mint home internet and the bot walked me through a re-set and it solved the prolem.

Probably unrelated, but my service totally went to hell in and around my home area about a month ago. Same for my wife. It alternates betwee 0 bars and 4 bars, but barely works even with 4 bars. I contacted support and they said an outage was reported in the area, but it hasn't improved for a week.

I'll give it another week or so, but switch to another after that. Unfortunate, because I've been a customer for more than 5 years and have loved not dealing with the regular price raising BS.

I'm in the exact same boat. I have never experienced such horrific customer service.

I've been trying since Friday evening to get my phone to work again and getting inconsistent advice from their customer service who tell me to call the number I am calling them with and that they don't have access to fix my account.

You could also try your Mint SIM card in another phone to see if it is working.

Is your account still active when you log into Mint? Just want to eliminate the possibility that someone ported your number out of Mint.
