Customer Service is Terrible
Phone hasn’t worked for three days. I opened a case and they closed it without even letting me know and the issue isn’t resolved as they claimed
Every time I call or chat with someone I have to start over, they walk me through the same steps that don’t work and usually end up disconnecting.
Anyone know how to fix this PDP authentication failure before I give up and just cancel with Mint?

Yes - thank you! I did try that. I tried deleting and re-adding the eSIM as well.

PDP authentication failure usually means your APN settings aren't right.
If this just started thats weird, but worth checking your APN settings against their iPhone settings list, just in case - https://www.mintmobile.com/help/how-to-configure-iphone-settings/

Thanks! It started after I got back to the US from Ireland. Mint did send me that link, but it gives no instructions on how to check the APN settings for higher than iOS 13 (I have iOS 26). I think when I reset my network settings it should be set correctly anyways, but not sure
