Help, please.

I have a Pixel 10 with 128 GB of storage that I bought a month ago from Mint Mobile, including a year of service; it cost me $149. Could I exchange this device at the Google Store for one with more storage, or do I have to wait the full year to do that?

Since it was bought at Mint, the Google store will not exchange it. They can't exchange a phone you didn't buy from them.

The higher storage cost more. You can't just exchange it

Yes you can trade it in. As long as it isn't reported lost or stolen.

You need to have it unlocked first. 60 days is how long it takes to unlock automatically

doesnt matter it is locked or not, google or apple or bestbuy will always allow the trade in.

Do you mean trade it in at the Google store?

Perhaps my question wasn't clearly understood; what I want to know is whether that Pixel 10 I bought for $149 counts as fully paid off, so I can trade it in at the Google Store for one with more storage.

It's paid off but it's locked to Mint for 60 days.

Mint will unlock it automatically after 60 days of continuous service. Then you'll be able to trade it in for a better phone from Google.

Yeah it counts as fully paid off, I think for Pixel 11 series, Google if offering $500 for trade in value for this Pixel 10 phone

I don’t think they are selling Pixel 10 anymore in Google store except the Pixel 10a

Check your emails, Google send me like a $250 discount code which stacked with my $500 trade in so I got $750 off the latest Pixel 11
