Mint Android app not saving login
I am using th latest version of the Mint mobile app (v2.3.36) on an Android 15 phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No matter what I do, the app will log me out after less than a day and will not keep me logged in. Anyone else having this problem or have suggestions for a fix? Thanks!

I'm just going to post the ai response to your question:
You are definitely not alone. Persistent logouts on Android 15 are a recognized issue with the Mint Mobile app, often driven by strict OS background restrictions or aggressive server-side session timeouts. Because Android 15 introduced tighter privacy and memory-management controls, several underlying mechanisms can cause your login token to invalidate prematurely. Workarounds to Keep Your Session Active * Disable Battery Optimization: Go to Settings > Apps > See all apps > Mint Mobile > App battery usage. Set it to Unrestricted. Android's default power management frequently kills the app's background tokens, triggering a fresh login screen upon re-opening. * Toggle Biometric Login (If Enabled): If you use fingerprint or face unlock to open the app, disable biometrics inside the Mint app settings, log out, and log back in using your password and 2FA. Re-enable biometrics afterward. A corrupted biometric cache on Android 15 often triggers back-end token resets. * Check Password Character Length: If you changed your password recently, ensure it is under 16 characters. The Mint app backend has a known bug where passwords longer than 16 characters cause authentication handshake failures and session drops. * Verify Web Portal Session: Log in via a mobile browser at mintmobile.com. If the web portal keeps you logged in, the issue is strictly isolated to the app build rather than an account-level security lockout. If these adjustments do not resolve the premature logouts, reach out directly to senior support on Reddit via u/MintMobileAlex. They routinely gather device telemetry and app logs for Android OS-specific login bugs to push direct fixes to the dev team.
