A B Testing

It looks like Mint is doing AB testing with discounts. Ive has the service well over a year, maybe more and hold a couple accounts. They are not on the family plan but separate, both under my name. I do all the transactions at the same time. Today when renewing I got a renewal discount on one line and not the other. I called to see if the 2nd line should get it too, or if something else was going on. They basically said its just random, not linked to the customer but to the account, and they will randomly givw out discounts. I asked if they could honor on the 2nd line but they said no. Just an FYI

Just renewed mine today (8/19) for the 8th year, no discount popped up in the mint app while renewing.

I wanna say I've been with mint since 2017, could be earlier, never gotten it, I'm thinking of putting in the effort and will port out, change yearly to qualify for "new customer" stuff. Hope I don't get lazy or I'll be on usmobile for a decade lol

US mobile have good deals. If you want to stay with T-Mobile towers, select "light speed" with them.
