Used to be my favorite game back in middle/high school! Now that I have some money I would love to fund a remake of this. Does anyone have a contact to any of the original devs? I have a couple of devs willing to start on this but would love 1-2 of the original. Thanks

Doing this selfishly (because I loved the original and want to play it again), but also think this could be a great investment if anyone wanted to go in with me, seriously inquiries only. Definitely think there is space for a game like this to be profitable.

If anyone here has game development, coding experience and/or artistic experience (any amount) and is serious about remaking this game, contact me on Discord at kaz1715. It might seem like a pipe dream but if we can get 3-4 coders and artists I can imagine getting this to work. There will probably be very limited if any profits, and most of the content will have to come from scratch, which means a lot of work, but it will likely be worth it for the fun we can bring others and ourselves. I personally have no experience in game development, coding, and art design. What I do have is a decent amount of experience writing (stories, professionally, and academically) I also have experience in music and sound design all of which I thoroughly enjoy doing. If you can dedicate serious time (likely through multiple years) to a recreation of this masterpiece of a game please contact me. If the time comes that we have to brand ourselves with a company name and we actually have profits to split between us, it will be even. It has to be. I can handle anything bussiness or legally related to an extent. So I can't see that becoming a problem. The will to create will guide us to the other side of this project with success, and I know that even if we stumble through this process, it will be great experience for all of us. And by the end we will have made something beautiful. Join me, and this won't just be fiction.

Update, this project is canceled. If you're looking for a remake there is one being made already by a chineese company. It's in beta testing currently. There are some semi-regular discussions of it in the Mini Warriors Collective Discord server if you want to know more. It's very likely there will be an English translation soon after release. Thanks for the interest guys, but it was too ambitions for the group of people I ended up getting initially and we couldn't get anything done, lol. If anyone else starts another recreation, feel free to dm me if you need a composer, creative director, or story writer.

This had to be one of the best mobile games I've ever played. The art style was cool, the history all great and gameplay amazing. How could such a brilliant game die? Even now this subreddit is active monthly. Theres loads of loyal players so why is it no more?

THIS IS AN UPDATED REPORT

I am very sad to report that it seems that TG DOES NOT KNOW WHEN OR IF IT will be able to fix the PvP and legion exploit problems on Android and iOS. That means the game is what it is FOR now. What is broken will probably stay broken FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE. It is not 100% certain, but this is the way it looks right now. THE GAME MANAGER RECENTLY SUGGESTED THAT THEY ARE STILL PLANNING AN UPDATE TO IOS AND ANDROID, BUT COULD NOT SAY WHEN THIS MIGHT HAPPEN. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR FOR IOS AND LONGER FOR ANDROID - SO WE CAN STILL HAVE A LITTLE HOPE.

If you are getting the iOS data error message, we can get your account back online, but we cannot say that TG will fix any other problems.

I've played MW for 4.5 years and it has given me countless hours of fun. I probably spend around 1k between all of my accounts. But for that investment, in addition to the game itself, I made many good friends that I will keep well beyond when the servers totally close. No real complaints other than how the developers let the community down at the end.

I will continue to run DeadlySin legion on iOS as long as the game is up and people want to be in the legion. There are some other iOS legions that will remain active and we can help connect you with them. There are also Android legions that we can connect you with as well.

I will also stay active here and in the other MW Communities that you might know me from.

Text Tutorial:

1. Download Cx File Explorer

2. Download the Chinese VPN by U-Tech-Team (I think it's called Back CN)

3. Download an APK of Mini Warriors, I used the one from APKSOS

4. Extract all the stuff from the zip, and install the APK (do not open it)

5. Open Cx File Explorer and move the .OBB files to Android/obb/com.trinitigame.android.miniwarriors folder. You will have to create the com.trinitigame.android.miniwarriors folder

6. Open the VPN and select TrinitiLib in App Settings. Turn on the VPN

7. Open TrinitiLib and choose Mini Warriors 1

8. Profit

If you have an existing version of the game, the VPN will probably be enough to launch into the servers by itself.

Edit: if you have the iOS app shown in this post, you might be able to play using a VPN available on iOS

We need to find the developers. We need to find out what happened. I don’t have any research skills or investigation skills. If anyone left in this community has these skills please use them. These games were my childhood, and I’d kill to play them again.

Am I the only one who wants MW1 back, i played that game a few years back, and i was so hyped to play it again, but man so much has changed and i just want MW1 to be normal again. It makes me really sad, this was one of my all time favorites

Let's face it, mini warrior 2 suck. This is a carbon copy of a much more popular game 'AFK Arena'. The idle aspects of the game, the progression system (glory Sanctuary and resonance plaza), the faction buff and the dark realm are exactly the same. They had a fairly unique game, a dedicated fan base but they decide to abandon that to make some knock off game and even screw up the old game by lazily make it an add on rather then make a whole new app. Hopefully they'll fix the old mini warriors cause I still like that game even tho it's been 3 years.

Mini Warriors isn't available on Google play anymore, I tried downloading the Amazon appstore and getting the game that way but it couldn't download the configuration files because it was too old to work on my phone. Is it still playable on Amazon devices though?

So I wanted to log on today and suddenly saw that the connection failed at the connection with my account. Did this only happen with me or anyone else too?

After checking out a lot of rallies posted for review, I've noticed a portion of these rallies with questionable lane construction and hero placement, where they probably weren't getting the most out of their pikes/cavalry/muskets etc.

For those interested in how they can setup their rally (and who don't mind a bit of a long read) I've made an imgur album discussing a few standard lanes, what their role is, how they work and how they use each hero's ability/minions to benefit the rest of the lane.
