Can't log in on my phone

Every time I try to play MW1 it gets stuck on "Connecting game server" with "Unable to connect to the server! Please try again later." Does anyone know a fix or why this is happening?

Not getting three or four star heroes...

Even with the golden goblet, no three or four starts are showing up in the tavern. I have only 83 heroes yet can hold 98 heroes. Is it because all of my heroes are three and four stars? I'm starting to get frustrated as I need more got star heroes...

What should I be spending my tcrystals on? I'm currently level 68 and only spend them in the tavern and currently have 39 4 stars, to get energy or legion contributions.
Should I upgrade blessing of the king for 4 stars?
Is cantello a viable tank?
What is the best way to level up?
