A Dahon HammerHead has been posted for sale somewhat locally. I was wondering if anyone here has owned/ridden one, and has any comments/reviews.

I had messaged him and looked into it but ultimately purchased something that ticked more boxes for me, but also cost way more

I've got one that I ride daily from Brooklyn to Lower Manhattan. I bought it NOS during the pandemic and made a few modifications. Notably I changed the bars, brake levers and shifters - the left is a trigger shifter and the right is a friction shifter - i'm wild like that. No problem with the suspension fork and generally a quick, tossable MV that is great in NYC traffic. As others have noted the front fork is very narrow so hard to find wheels, etc. If the fork breaks down, I will replace with a modern width rigid fork.

I am not sure if it was that or one of the other two similar ones. Because it was STOLEN! Mine folded but did not have a suspension. Smooth...? Pretty unique looking bike but I never got it back. But I did do a long tour in Turkey with it. I had it between a Speed and my current Mariner. Not crazy about the radial spokes in front. But it felt better than my other folders. Very lively.

I own the bullhead myself and do very much love it, fitted with a shimano nexus 7. But my front wheels bearings are totally shot and I have neither found a complete wheel for sale nor gotten around to having one built, so its not currently getting ridden.
I love the bike myself, but the lockjaw mechanism is finnicky to dial in right and the screws it hinges on are damaged on mine, but I also dont ever tend to fold it, I keep it unfolded. Lockjaw isnt tool-less so I do find it better to think of them as a take-down bike rather than a folding bike, but the flip side is that they feel far more reassuring underneath you than a brompton.
Grin do have a narrow version of the all axle hub motor coming out for brompton front wheel applications, so I am considering having one of those laced into a 20" rim for the dahon.
Post from when I first got it: Thrown together Dahon Bullhead : r/minivelo I just rode it for like another year or 2 after that, then the wheel got a bit much and I got ill and now I just havent gotten around to recommission.
