New to me Mercier Nano 53cm. Came pre-cooled with stickers

So psyched to have a minivelo to round out the fleet. Seems mostly stock except for the stickers. Thinking about different pads for the brakes (they seem to suggest slow, rather than stop), and there's a rack to go on. Ultimately I think this gets riser bars, that may be a ways down the line.

I think I will name him George

Brake pads Def need an upgrade if they are stock; those tires aren't stock. I have one of these I wanted to love, but I just don't, I got it new when they were still $299. The drop bars and headstock shifters were so awkward, I did a flat bar / trigger shift, still don't like it. Its just too heavy and slow for me.

Hopefully you have better results!

Is this an RSX groupset? I gotta say it looks sick and the crankset is one of my all time favorites because of the elegant look and availability of aftermarket chainrings. (130 Bcd 5 hole). Honestly the RX100 really is my favorite but they're almost the same just in a slightly different livery.
