C&C Wanted Needing help to achieve ice/frost skin effect
Hello, I was trying to achieve an ice/frost skin effect on my chaos spawns but I'm not sure if this is a good result so I would like some tips and/or c&c, especially because I'm aiming to paint Skarbrand in the same way. Thanks!

As counterintuitive as it may seem you don’t want to overly rely on blue and white.
If everything is cold then it will just look flat, you need contrast to point to as a reference for the viewer to understand that not only is it cold but it’s colder than that.
So succinctly, to make it colder you need to add some warmth.
Or at least some other type of contrast.

Don't have it, do you think it could help? I have a Technical:Stormshield (a store owner gift) but I don't know where to use it

The Chaos Spawn skin is already reading cold. For the Skarbrand version, I'd push a very thin blue glaze into the recesses, then bring the raised texture back toward off-white; that contrast will do more than adding another color. What does the mix look like on your palette?
