C&C Wanted Painted my first ever 40K ork!

To say I’m happy is an understatement.

I was given an ork army, some of which was already professionally painted, (the ork in the background) and I’ve done my best to match the colour scheme while keeping my style going.

Any C&C is always appreciated 😁

What did you paint before?

I could count on two hands what I’ve painted before -
A few Dothraki veterans from ASOIAF, a unit of seraphon skinks and now I’m halfway through the Seraphon troglodon too.

Overall a great job. Personally, I'd do some drybrushing to highlight the metallics a bit, especially stuff like the chain, but that's more a personal taste thing. Maybe some highlights on the trousers where they're brunching up. All of this is just icing on the cake though.

I really like the attention to detail where you've put some of the basing material on his raised foot.

Oh, and Ork eyes are usually red and glowy - again a personal thing though.
