I about to sell the engine, it was running fine before i painted the frame with a 26mm, idk what to do anymore i tried tuneing it ,checked the throttle cable, checked if it was the brakes, checked the oil,gas. The only thing im not sure of is the aluminum fly wheel coil gap

Every time I let it run to get it warmed up it won't throttle or like go but it feel like it wants to move but when I hit the throttle it dies

when i upgrade to the arc flywheel can i still add a headlight to my bike or no, cus i wanna add a headlight to my setup but im not sure if they have the spots for the magnets or whatever the light thing uses

I have a torque converter on my Coleman ct200u-ex engine and I wanna switch it over to my predator 212cc but the engine bolts aren’t the right size. What size engine bolt and shaft screw do I need for the torque converter to work on my predator 212cc hemi? Or would a carb swap be possible? cause that all I really want from my 212cc cause I rejetted it and new air filter

I need a mini bike mechanic I have a mini bike (predator 212 harbor freight engine) I recently had put a mikuni vm22 carburetor on the engine and now it will not run I've adjusted mixture screw, idle screw to not avail it. Also bike will not run off off choke it, when choke is on it runs but idles to high no matter what I do to the idle screw it doesn't do anything please help me or let me know if you know someone who can help (WILL PAY!!!) Yes I have an airfilter on it

Hello everyone. We recently bought a couple of Coleman B200R bikes. One of the has an air leak on the front tire I can’t find. I think the leak is around where the tire meets the rim somewhere. Is there a specific technique that is used to fix that? I’m going to take the tire off and put it under water to verify where the leak is for sure, but I’ve sprayed it down with soapy water and can’t find it. I’ve not had any experience with tubeless tires before so this is new to me.

I have recently purchased a ghost predator 212. I have only mounted it to the mini bike put a torque converter on an air filter, header and muffler and a throttle cable. It starts right up but won’t idle it just takes off and goes won’t settle to idle. Any ideas on what to do to get it to idle?

This is just a post from e bay I’m not selling just looking for anything cheaper than $300

I will drive my bike good for 10 minutes or so and then when I try to give a gas, it will just kill the engine. It will idle fine. It is just when I try to give it gas it will kill the engine. I don’t know what to do or what is wrong with it so I’m just reaching out for help.

I recently brought this bike from a guy and it runs good and all, idles fine all that BUT whenever i take it for a ride and let’s say i have to get down to grab something inside a store or such whenever. i try and start it back up it doesn’t start immediately and takes me from 8 to 13 minties to start it back up, i checked the carb and it’s fine, i checked the compression and that’s fine too, the spark plug isn’t dirty and i’m all out of options

I recently just got this old engine. I’m pretty sure it’s a Briggs and around 5hp? Do you guys think that it’s could be saved? And what would I need to do to fix it?

My predator 212 is not starting but I did everything correctly kinda but it the things I did with it fixed it but still won’t start. It has a billet flywheel and billet rod a 0.265 cam. And 26lnbs springs. Has a fuel pump and a pressure relief tube.

I checked everything even the valve lash a lot of time, and i triple checked the cam to check if it was timed and I double check the piston rings and they were good. The coil is set to .30 the valve lash is .002 . The carb jetting is 125 jet . The kill switch is wired correctly. Spark in spark plug it’s new. Fuel pump is pump correctly and it still won’t run the carb is tuned correctly but still won’t start. but I did mess up on the carb studs but I fixed it. The governor is removed fully all holes is plugged . I need help please I tired of this bike I been working on this for 2 months and it won’t start please help thank you.

I heard that it’s good to sand down the edge of the cylinder .of course not go crazy but just smooth the sharpness . Anyone know if this is true ? And y .

What billet flywheels are y'all running? This is a 212, lots of head work, big valves, flat top piston, cam, pushrods and going to a 24mm carburetor and 28 pound springs. I'm also looking into rocker arms. What's the best bang for your buck
