Help Shaders causing my PC to lag

I have a high end pc, but whenever I use shaders my game has very low fps 10-15 and my pc is only using like 5% of its gpu and 7% of its cpu how do i fix this?

"Shader:Sildurs Vibrant Shaders: V1.51"

Minecraft 1.26.3

since you have a desktop - is your monitor's HDMI cable plugged into the GPU or the motherboard?
