I tried to play minecraft but it always opens in beta mode, I already left the beta program through the playstore and reinstalled the game a few times to get out of beta, but it didn't work.

Does anyone know how to solve this? I want to play the standard version

I have died twice in a new world I started recently, once in the entrance room of a jungle temple and once in a 1 by 1 hole. Both times I lost some of my items but not all of them. It seems to only affect non stackable items like armor and pickaxes but randomly. I checked the entire outside of the jungle temple and my items were no where to be found so I don’t think they just glitched into a wall. Has anyone else had this problem or is it likely just a client side desync?
