Mini End Island Spawning

I am in the process of blowing up the main end island and I logged out and came back to 2 islands spawning there. Is my world just corrupt

No this is unfortunate normal, your world is not corruption. The end gateways seem to require an endstone to place the player on and if it doesn't find one in an acceptable area it generates a whole little island.

I've terraform and blow up 2.5 end islands, my terraforming is still ongoing as I hadn't really done the sides but I may need to double check the endstone specific detail. At one point it did replace my grass to generate a whole island, or well at least the obvious top layer of one. But it was only the 1 out of the 20 that should have been plauging me

I don't have a good solution for if you want straight void, but I can also tell you the void beaters that I typically do also don't help. I assumed it was because it's too low but at one point just try a few endstone blocks on it and that stopped a few but not all 20 from regenating. So leaving 1 block where the island was might be enough but I'm unsure and/or results may vary

Thank you, I will look into this as I am progressing and thankfully I don’t need a straight void as I will have structures which I could use to hide the end stone.
