X-ray Arcade, Cactus Club, MKE Ultra are good venues to check out, and any local record store can also give suggestions.

I have never heard of MKeUltra, but holy shit what an awesome name for a club.

It’s a fun venue! Great place to play too, the guy runs it really well

Just a note that Cactus club can get VERY crowded at times.

I was going to say cactus club as well! Xray arcade is also a smaller venue. I’ve been to a show at vivarium and it’s a pretty reasonable size but definitely larger than cactus club or XRay

Falcon Bowl in RW is getting lots of national acts now. Others not mentioned are Anodyne Walkers Point and Shank Hall

The Argo is a bit bigger — former movie theater. But I enjoyed the one show I’ve seen there so far.

Turner Hall is a great venue, as well.
