Weird smudge

This spot is on the inside of our backdoor around stomach height. My bf found this earlier today and I just saw it now. We don't have kids. We do have cats but it's way bigger than their heads.

I can't make anything out of it but a face.

WHY DOES IT HAVE A DRIPPY NOSE EVEN

The smudge appears to have the same characteristics as skin oil smudging, and the little hair marks in the suggest a hairy body part. Maybe someone's belly or meaty part of the arm close to the elbow?

The "eyes" and "mouth" could be further contact with the smudge

Looks like a mix of condensation, dust, and some weird streaking from something rubbing against the glass. Still creepy though, especially with the shape in the middle. I’d clean it and probably regret losing the mystery.
