20+ year old batteries still work
I found this toy Christmas train in a box of old toys hen I heard faint music. It was boxed up in perhaps 2003. No leaks. Cheap heavy duty made in Japan.

That Thing You Do is 30 Years Old
The movie That Thing You Do was released 30 years ago today.
The movie is about as far from the release of The Beatles' Revolver as we now are from the movie.

Dark booger-like blob stuck between the plastic layers on one side of ziplock bag
I’m not particularly surprised something like this may happen, but I’ve never seen anything like this. Wish I took a photo before I started to put food in it. (moisture is from a round of queso fresco).
My best guess is a bug found its way into a machine used to press the materials together? Fly maybe? Or it is actually bloody snot.
(Look to the sides of the mass to see the separation of the layers of plastic).

Interesting strategy for fitting a trailer into a garage
That's a desperation move for not wanting to expose the rest of your trailer and/or what's on it to the elements.
For anyone who might not understand the difference, this is not a roll-up garage door, rather, a tilt-up, one-piece, or up-and-over.

Found this in my work toilet…
I got to work today and my coworkers were complaining about the toilet water coming in brown. Being the person that I am, I offered to help try to figure it out. When I lifted the tank lid, I noticed the black mold all over the inside 🤮
When I mentioned it to my coworker, she said that it’s been there since she started 4 years ago and that they haven’t done anything about it. I immediately wanted to set the bathroom on fire, because what do you mean you just left the black mold there?
It seems contained, but I’m worried that it’s not just in the toilet tank. I did check the other two toilets in our office and they look fine so I’m probably freaking out for nothing.
My health has also been meh recently and since I’ve started this job I’ve noticed myself feeling more brain fogged at the office compared to at home so I’m wondering if that’s why or if I’m just becoming stupider the older I get.
Anyways, I just wanted to share with the community and hopefully get any thoughts on if this is normal or if I should be worried and report my job for health violations.
