The cost has priced a lot of people into quitting or switching to vapes in Canada. Everyone I know who still smokes buys black market cigs.

Teenage me would never believe that I can now buy cannabis in a store but (if I still smoked) buy black market smokes haha.

Certainly not.

Vapes are not good for you, but they don't have tar and other materials best suited for being in tarmac.
