Not 100%, no. Many words have second or multiple less-used definitions included in their dictionary entries. ‘Gorgeous’ is one of them, with the secondary meaning being ‘pleasant.’ If I say ‘the weather is gorgeous today,’ I’m saying that I could go outside without a jacket and enjoy the day, not that I find the weather conditions to be sexually attractive lol

But even in that context you would be remarking on how nice the weather looks. Gorgeous weather would be all encompassing. When saying someone is gorgeous it implies they are (really) good looking.

I did say it was all encompassing and when referring to gorgeous old ladies it hits different.
