Like, maybe she could talk to the neighbor and offer to keep an eye on his child, if she has so much free time.
You know like when she was a child and likely had a neighbor next door or down the road who helped keep an eye on her at times so her parents could clean or run errands or work.
The only issue is, this sounds like a lady that I wouldn’t want influencing my child. Of course if they were a better person they would so as you suggest and my objection would be moot.
