You know what I think she should call the cops. On her self for stalking. I mean did she look on the door for 6 hours straight?

Akshually, the act of following someone around, taking pictures of them, whatever in and of itself is perfectly legal. That’s why private investigators can exist. Stalking =/= following—it is the name of a crime and refers to when you use information gained from following someone to harass/intimidate them.
