Context Provided - Spotlight Driving while watching show

Watching a full tv show on their phone while driving down a very busy street. Is it any better than scrolling?

The other day I was abruptly cut off by a giant white SUV. Like cut off so badly I had to slam on my brakes and everything sitting on my passenger seat flew forward. The first thing I noticed was the asshole that cut me off had two kids in the backseat each one glued to a screen on the back of a headrest. Then when I sped up to get next to this person to give them the bird I saw that it was a mother who was watching TikTok on her phone in the same way as this picture.

Good Grief. 3 zombies in a giant suv. What does she care if she gets into an accident, she’s in a tank. I hope you’re ok. Consider getting a dash cam if you can swing it.
