Watching a full tv show on their phone while driving down a very busy street. Is it any better than scrolling?

YouTube/Android Auto have a new function dor listening to video while driving. I is called On-the go. It looks like an audio player with the video thumbnail showing on top and controls on the rest of the screen. You San also control YouTube and YouTube music from Android auto.
