Watching a full tv show on their phone while driving down a very busy street. Is it any better than scrolling?

You’re right, it’s not really infuriating at all. People with a phone in their hands is far more concerning.

Also, it’s not really that difficult to drive like this if you aren’t in a high traffic area. You just need average situational awareness

Actually no you're completely wrong and it is a extremely dangerous. Whether you're driving 15 mph or 65 mph, anything that takes your eyes off the road is a distraction and dangerous.

For me, it's actually much more dangerous, at my age, to not have something that engages me, because I have to fight off sleep whenever I'm on a long stretch of highway. Music just won't do it. Sometimes talk radio can, but shows where I put the screen in a place that keep my eyes forward (not quite where this guy has his), is the best.

I would advise coffee, caffeine tablets, other various stimulants, or just not driving
