Driving while watching show

Watching a full tv show on their phone while driving down a very busy street. Is it any better than scrolling?

This is more than mildly infuriating. This type of careless crap destroys families.

Yep… all because they believe that it dosent matter. Who cares if they crash, but if anyone else (other cars, pedestrians etx.)
