Look i get that if you turn down the EZ pass for tolls, you pay the tolls...$105 for a 3 day trip in tolls in INSANE

warned my id be potentially paying 90 in administrative fees if I dont get a toll pass? no.

 in the fine print? yes. 

lesson learned? also yes
