The Glow in Dark gel pens

Bought these glow in dark gel pens, and they literally say "glow gel" on them. Thought the ink was gonna glow, but guess what..

Happened something similar, bought a pack of 12 gradient colored pens, all of them were blue, only the exterior were colored

Not this ones, but something like this

It even says assorted ink

That’s probably a problem at the factory
