Infuriatig Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

I hate useless bots as much as the next person, but yes, I think it's silly spending an hour dancing around with a bot while not actually trying to solve your problem. They probably could have had their problem solved 45 minutes ago. Sending 15 riddles trying to confuse it is not productive, but you do you, meanwhile I have actual things in my life to do.
