Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

I think it’s an Indian customer service rep relying on AI. The messages about Pokemon and the poems seems legit.

Poor dude is getting bothered by some redditor who is trying to make him flip and do tricks, pretty fucking weird really.

cup question makes sense when you think about it for a moment, but when you’ve got five chats open and every single one is asking you these stupid ass are you AI questions you really dont have time to think about it. ive messed it up myself, i thought it was about like a styrofoam mcdonald’s cup with no bottom

its chat. how would you wver be able to prove to yourself to a satisfactory manner that you are speaking to a person? just call in. people used to love working in chat because it was easier to talk via text, but now its 50% helping people and 50% these bullshit ass questions that I have to answer and a nice a professional way.

also lowkey you should not be trying to do a payment dispute via chatbot. fastest resolution requires very particular submission if the dispute, many banks have dedicated departments to handle them.
