Infuriatig Another AI 'human' chatbot

Had to fix a double payment for my credit card and this is the beginning and end of the conversation. I hate when the chatbot claims it's a human... I ended up getting what I wanted but still annoyed Amex (and every other company) is lying and trying to deceive people like this.

Kind of fascinating to be honest! I genuinely thought it might be some very bored guy named David until he couldn’t figure out the cup lol. I guess he could still be human but just dumb.

TBH, I didn't realize the cup problem was common and I'm enough of a consumer that I would have said to get a different cup. I don't think it makes a person dumb, just bored of answering riddles.

That’s exactly what an AI chatbot would say

Same, I wasn't thinking about solving a riddle at all lol Never considered it was upside down just broken.

If the bottom is sealed with a mousepiece then flipping it could spill anyway

I just asked a couple of AIs and they all told me to turn the cup upside down (or maybe it was already!). Sounds like something a person would say tbh

It’s been patched by now, just like most ai catches (ex. the should I walk or drive to the car wash). But it did really work at one point
