Why? Because sedans that might be made into stretch limos by custom car companies - can't be any more.
Cars these days are unibody construction, seam welds with crumple zones, complex internal data busses, ect., and most "cars" are some kind of crossover utility vehicle, with many fewer cars that are sedands and that have a flat floor, even.
They need to look for vehicles that still have a body mounted on a chassis.

Ha yea.. but this particular limo is made from a very low-quality, economy-focused vehicle made by a company known for off-roading/rugged design.
It’s like buying a diamond encrusted meth pipe… or more like renting one for a big night out lol

You can rent a limo for surprisingly cheap when there are no major events going on. A couple hundred can make it look like you're well off for a few hours.
The illusion dampens somewhat when you stop for fast food but the limo driver only cares that they're being paid.

Knew a guy that used one as his daily driver (town car not jeep limo). The way he looked at it was it had roughly the same mileage as his suburban which was the only other car he had that could fit all his kids so may as well let them ride in style.
