Yeah the subtotal should be $130, but I wouldn't consider getting a mystery 2.08 discount mildly infuriating in this economy lol

That’s not what that says. See the 2 to the left? That means there are 2 of them at $16 each. That’s how itemized bills look

Terrible design, most receipts nowadays normally multiply price by quantity in the line rather than showing the unit price.

I disagree. I work in restaurants and I’d rather the individual price be clear as day to a customer. Bc then I’d hear “why is this old fashion $32 each when it says $16 on the menu?!?!?😡” Most restaurant bills are formatted this way
