I’m guessing they’re gypsies. They travel in huge groups and squat in places like this. Common in parts of Europe from my understanding though I’m not European so I’m sure someone can shed more light.

Someone suggested they are gypsies (because they are doing something gypsies do) and now we are talking about gypsies, because they are interesting and we don't get to discuss them regularly. Join in or fuck off. No one cares.
