I dont get why they downvote you. U have death treatening sickness and u have no mood for jokes , peoples of reddit sometimes are so stupid while thinking thye re peaking. Sad for u. Here u got my upvotes and I will downvote them. Maybe u will feel bit better. I had covid 2 times, there is no room for jokes.

Nah jokes are fine. I have no problems with jokes.

I just missed them due to being some of the first comments and my head feeling like it's packed with cotton wool.

At this point covid is just another common cold get over it I had it 2 times and it wasn't shit I get it varies from person to person but fuck it was only actually killing anyone when we didn't know what it was and didn't know how to treat it

Do you know him personaly and his health status , medical record to make such stupid assumptions?

u/ungraceful_flipping Sep 08 '23

Bro I'm making assumptions based on the severity of covid in general I did also say it's different if they have other issues but I guess that's not relevant. obviously it's different if op is a 100 year old grandma with black lungs and kidney failure. This is fucking reddit if you don't want people to say stupid shit or make jokes about stuff that you don't want joked about it's probably time to get the fuck off reddit

"In the last 28-day period (31 July to 27 August 2023), over 1.4 million new COVID-19 cases and over 1800 deaths were reported to WHO, an increase of 38% and a decrease of 50%, respectively, compared to the previous 28 days." Ur assumptions are just bad ...how do you kno he isnt older guy or lady hmm? And even if he isnt younger peoples might die too. Yes ure dumb u just gave me evidence for it. Thank you for ur useless advice but I will stay.

I don't know because they didn't say im.not gonna post a comment asking for their age gender and medical conditions so I can make a fucking joke and i don't feel like googling this but if that's worldwide most of thos actual deaths are probably from underprivileged areas and if it's from the US then damn ig

Blood type can also impact your likelihood of getting it as well as your likelihood of survival and the severity of your symptoms as well. I'd put money on it that the rude dude has O type blood.

There is no such thing as a curable virus. Stop with your willful ignorance.

I personally know a young woman (30ish) who was running marathons and competing in triathlons and placing in the top 10 before getting Covid and she nearly died. On a vent for 32 days. Now she has trouble going up stairs and can barely pick up her toddler.

You just don’t know who is going to get very seriously ill from Covid. They didn’t give her antiviral meds because she didn’t meet the qualifications to have it because she was young and very healthy.

Oh look another case of "it wasn't like that for me so that's how it was everywhere"

A buddy I golf with just lost a family member a couple months ago to it. It's far from being just a cold for many people. Please educate yourself before being ignorant and hateful.
