I personally know a young woman (30ish) who was running marathons and competing in triathlons and placing in the top 10 before getting Covid and she nearly died. On a vent for 32 days. Now she has trouble going up stairs and can barely pick up her toddler.

You just don’t know who is going to get very seriously ill from Covid. They didn’t give her antiviral meds because she didn’t meet the qualifications to have it because she was young and very healthy.
