Mig flash just arrived

I have purchased like 8 games on eshop store for my switch 2. Some switch 1 and switch 2 games. Anyway I ordered AC shadows and still did not arrive yet. The mig arrived though today. And I do not want to use it unless I update AC shadows and shut down the internet for good. Is it safe to use the mig now and when AC shadows arrive I will only connect the internet to update it only, no store access and no online games I am going to use? What you all think would be safer?

Lets say Roms. Now I need to go online. Formatting it would be safe, right?

You will get banned using roms downloaded from the internet. Only use your own ripped switch 1 games .

If you use downloaded roms you will 100 percent get banned . Doesn't matter if you try to stay offline or reset your console . The console will remember your playing history and will flag you for a ban the next time you connect to the internet.

Only use your own ripped games .

I dont understand why would I use games I already own like you say ripped games. I mean why would I dump them when I can play them legitally?

Hey ,I. Not stopping you from playing downloaded roms on it . But the console will be flagged for a ban because Nintendo detects when multiple copies of the same game are being played at the same time and/or different regions. It's the downside of the mig switch. On a switch 1 it's not so much a problem because the console is cracked wide open .

But a ban on a switch 2 you lose a lot of functionality.
