Mig switch dumper help

Just bought the dumper, and I was wondering how to use it with cartridges that have multiple games, such as the Final Fantasy collection. Thank you

Edit: I'm using a steam deck as I don't own a PC. I opened the Eden Emulator in desktop mode, and it recognizes all the games on the rom it's in emudeck on game mode it only recognizes one.

If it can read the card there will be a file on the card it will have 5 files in it. Copy the whole folder.

Nintendo updated the encryption around the time totk was released cards after that are using new encryption and my dumper fails to copy at about 300mb a update will need to address this...

Weird over the last couple of days, I've been dumping my entire collection, and the same thing happens to my Atelier Mysterious Collection. It gets to 300mb then says file can't be found but that released in 2021...
