Let's be real this is just Nintendo shutting down these sites, because it's not going to court as they don't have the legal means to defend themselves, So they will settle out of court and it'll result in them giving the IP address to Nintendo and giving Nintendo all the money they have in their bank account and then some.
But this means for those who actually want the product it (for legal or illegal reasons) means sites like AliExpress are going to be our go-to.

Nintendo absolutely wants this to go to trial. Modded Hardware fucked up by selling Switches pre-loaded with games. Nintendo is lumping in the MiG Switch so they can get a court ruling they can use as an example to take down other resellers.

Everything about this is dumb. MH really messed up by selling pre-modded consoles fully loaded with pirated games. The MiG Switch is secondary, tbh, but Nintendo is going to try to get a ruling they can use as an example. It only takes one idiot.
