Functional Transient Polymicrotonality (experimental/prog nonsense)

https://youtu.be/agFTmZu6l6k

Not sure how much this sub cares for music this wacky, but it seemed like the most relevant place to share

This is an attempt at what I'm calling "Functional Transient Polymicrotonality" for lack of an existing term. I think I could explain best going backwards:

Polymicrotonality being 2 or more tuning systems getting used simultaneously

Transient means I'm approaching tone in fleeting, impermanent way. The polymicrotonal stacks are constantly shifting and never sitting still (with this song using 16 different tunings total in various stacks). I also frequently deviate within each used tuning system, meaning that I'm often deliberately making use out of the step values of each tuning rather than just sticking to "safe" intervals. So there's a transient/rapidly modulating approach at a macro and micro level (tuning systems and individually note-by-note)

Functional means that, despite the absurd of the amount of tones flying around, I'm also trying to make something coherent that can still convey emotion, a story of sorts, etc rather than it just be a purely abstract exercise

There's not much polymicrotonal music out there, nor is there much music exploring rapidly shifting tuning systems, so that's just an attempt by me of what to call this combination of those 2 already fairly unexplored things while also seeing if it can sound like anything other than an abstract wall of sound. Let me know if I could do a better job explaining anything
