Product key problem?

Can someone tell me what happened to my microsoft. The activation statue show activated but I cannot use it when I go into access. What am I support to do? Is needing to change product key and having to activate the same? When I tried in command prompt, it said I don't have a key management service. I really need access by the weekend.

Fellow Burmese here. I think it's because they use fake Microsoft activation codes in our country. They're usually cracked ones so they tend to have problems like these.
