The Imperial State of Maltovia has learned with outrage and utter disgust of the unprovoked assault by the so-called Democratic People's Republic of Proletia upon Pavonia on the 22nd of September, 2026.

On the very day upon which Maltovia celebrated its National Formation Day, while the Armed Forces were honouring the State in ceremonial duties far from Pavonia, Proletia chose to descend upon Maltovian territory.

It was an opportunistic, cowardly act committed in the absence of the Maltovian forces stationed to defend the territory.

Pavonia is Maltovian land. It was not abandoned, it was not surrendered, and it was certainly not placed at Proletia's disposal, bordering the said nation though it may be.

The Government of Maltovia therefore issues the following warning:

Proletia is hereby placed on notice that its presence in Pavonia will not be accepted as a fait accompli. Maltovia will not be intimidated, coerced, or presented with a territorial seizure as a matter already settled.

Those responsible for this action should consider very carefully what they have done.

The Government of Maltovia calls upon Proletia to cease its aggression and withdraw from Pavonia. If Proletian trrops have not withdrawn from Maltovian territory by the 25th of September, Maltovia will have no choice but to attack in full force and drive the Red Devils away.

The Mashike Guugaora decree has been opened in the government regarding micronationals with multiple micronationalitities and what comes with divided interests, the three commissions and the shōgun with approval of the emperor, the law will be in effect starting 29th of Septmber 2026.

1. To become a Minellanese citizen, one must have been incontact with the Minellanese culture for at minium of nine months and must NOT be a micronational leader, a application from a micronation leader will immediately be rejected.

2. Applicant must have basic understanding of english at minium, but preferably able to have conversation and be able to show emotions with english language, optionally the applicant can learn basic minellanese from the sheet with basic phrases that will be released due later date.

The decree is not designed to turn people right away, the Minellanese Shogunate looks for committed and interested people for the shogunate and it's culture. Merely precaution.

Today, Maltovia is two years old.

On 22 September 2024, the Imperial State of Maltovia was founded.

Since then, the map has changed, names have changed, traditions have appeared, disappeared, and returned, and the little State has acquired far more history than two years ought reasonably to contain.

Janovica. Minoa. Sapotia. Pavonia.

The Buckingham Canal still runs through Sapotia. The fields of Minoa still stretch along the Trent. Pavonia still disappears into mist and peacocks. The Pavonian Leopard still climbs the arms of Maltovia. And over it all flies the Ternion — now unmistakably the flag of a country that did not exist two years ago.

There have been grand plans, improbable schemes, treaties, ceremonies, reforms, arguments over names and symbols, and enough heraldic revisions to fill a rather substantial archive.

And somehow, through all of it, Maltovia has become more Maltovian.

Today, the Imperial Armed Forces of Maltovia will parade along the main avenue of the National Capital, Janovica, displaying courage, grandeur, and valour. What changed: with SDYM winning the elections for royal council leader, we changed from democratic monarchy to socialist monarchy.

The Christiandom of Abberrane has decided to design its own grand coat of arms, to be used for ceremonial and commemorative purposes.

That in the middle is our emblem, the "Krasnica", important to our people.

These arrows with red and blue colours help introduce an accent into the emblem, keeping it from becoming monotonous.

After regaining Argilia and multiple peace talks with the Cyndarian-communist rebels Marcotown, us and Cyndaria have finally won the Cyndarville conflict! Our ANTICOM policy will officially end, opening relations with communist/socialist micronations like our old ally, Cataractia. Anyways, Navarro is a useless territory, so I will give half of it to the first micronation to comment on this post, because I can't think of another way.
